Dare County Arts Council presents The Courthouse Sessions, a compilation of virtual performances featuring Outer Banks musicians. The performances are broadcast on Dare County Arts Council’s Facebook page.
With support from the Town of Manteo, Manteo Rotary Club, and Kitty Hawk Kites, The Courthouse Sessions returns for its second season.
