Event Description:
Dare Arts invites artists to take part in Fresh – A Plein Air Event, a celebration of open-air painting set against the beauty of the Outer Banks. Enjoy the perfect season to paint outdoors, connect with fellow artists, and capture the region’s unique charm. The 2026 event will be judged by award-winning representational artist Jeremy Sams of Archdale, NC.
