Event Description:
This opening reception celebrates artist Janet Pierce's Solo Exhibit, Moments of Light and Color. Join the Arts Council and meet the artist for her solo show, and enjoy light hors d'oeuvres, beverages and live music. This reception is free and open to the public.
Janet's exhibit is eclectic in subject matter, but her use of oil and acrylics capture and continue the theme of bold lighting and color in her impressionist artwork. The Arts Council will display the exhibit for the month of February.
Janet is an impressionist painter from Tidewater, V.A. She currently lives in Southern Shores.
