Watercolor Mosaics- Free Zoom Workshop With Sophie Castellanos
Join artist Sophie Castellanos for a free Expressions of Hope & Healing Zoom workshop on Tuesday, November 24 at 3pm, where participants will be making painting watercolor mosaics.
Learn to paint a watercolor mosaic in this entry level class. Sophie is a coastal fiber artist and painter here on The Outer Banks. She is the creator of Salt Hippy, where she sells her creations of driftwood, shells, and her paintings.
No experience necessary and this workshop is open to all ages.
This workshop is free, but registration is required. After you have registered, you will receive a Zoom link via email to participate in this class.
Supplies Needed:
-Watercolor paper (any quality will do), if you buy it from the children’s craft section it’ll be cheaper
-Masking tape
-Washi tape
-A paint brush
-Watercolor paints, again any quality will do
- A paper towel
- An old jar for rinsing your brush
- Water to fill the jar
