Expressions of the Heart Zoom Workshop

Dare County Arts Council, Expressions of the Heart Zoom Workshop

Join artist Fay Davis Edwards for a free, fun-filled Expressions of Hope & Healing Zoom workshop on Tuesday, January 5, where everyone will be creating paintings inspired by Jim Dine's heart series.

According to the Jonathan Novak Gallery, "Jim Dine's Hearts are one of the most beloved themes, central to the artist’s historical body of work. While hearts are universally recognizable, within contemporary art history, Dine has laid undisputed claim to the shape, suggesting boundless possibilities endowed with complex meaning." Participants in the workshop will create dynamic, colorful hearts inspired by Dine, in celebration of love and hope.

Class will meet on Zoom from 3pm - 4pm.

Supply List:
