We have Bite Me hauled out in Buxton at Hatteras Boatyard performing our annual maintenance with includes this year a new Northern Lights Generator cause the old one blew a head gasket. We will also be coating the hull with Starke Ceramic while we are there.
We are currently booking trips for next season and anticipate starting fishing the first of February.
I haven't ran Bluefin trips for a few years but will be back on the rip chasing the big tunas this season.
about 15 years ago the bite me was one of the first boats to take Jiggers and Poppers bluefin fishing pioneering the stand up jigging and popping fishery. We created some life long friends doing this as well. Looking to get back into it this season, and we have some tackle if you'd like to try it and don't have your own tackle!
Also are calendar is wide open for the spring summer fall etc for 2026!
This is our 28th year fishing out of Hatteras North Carolina. We look forward to seeing old friends and new ones in our 28th season!
