Man, what a great day.

really pretty weather, warm, and light winds / calm seas.

We set out where we caught em the last two days, and there was very little life, we caught one black fin and an ably.

Went looking in the deep and found very little current, so we decided to try to catch a golden Tilefish.

These things live very deep and a very tasty, and up until today we had never caught one.

We tried a couple drops and no love, but the third time was a charm and the fellas reeled in this nice 20 pounder.

a couple more drifts resulted in some rose fish.

We heard the blackfins had started to bite so we headed back in shore.

had a really good couple of hours in the afternoon and put together a nice catch of blackfins!
