The Frightful Four are waiting… will you dare to crawl? Four Outer Banks haunts join forces for one chilling night of music, costumes, and frightful fun. Join us at the Black Pelican for our costume crawl, featuring live music from The Wee Jam Band.
Come dressed in your costume to recieve a childrens treat or 21+ treat from each location.
