Ghosts of the Coast Halloween Pop-Up
From October 16 - November 2, four Outer Banks favorites unite for one hauntingly good time - The Frightful Four Halloween Pop-Up event! Black Pelican will become "Ghosts of the Coast" with Halloween-themed food & drinks and other spooky events.
You can also join in on The Mutiny Map Challenge! Purchase your Mutiny Map at any of the four participating locations, then collect a stamp at each restaurant to prove you've survived all four frightful experiences. Once your map is complete, drop it off in any of the collection boxes at one of the four locations to be entered to win one of four grand prizes.
Winners will be announced at the end of the event on November 2. Dare to visit them all and experience The Frightful Four this Halloween season!
