Explore to Learn Playgroup (Nags Head)
Explore to Learn is an organized, interactive playgroup that allows children and caregivers to participate in coordinated group activities to prepare children for success in school and life.
Playgroup facilitators use the Kaleidoscope Play & Learn Curriculum to provide hands-on activities during each playgroup.
Young children (0-5) and family, friends and neighbors who take care of them will meet weekly on Tuesdays at Coastal Family Church in Nags Head (106 East Finch Street). A separate playgroup will be held in Manteo at the Center for CYP (534 Ananias Dare Street) on Friday mornings.
Due to limited availability, we ask that families only sign-up for one playgroup each week (Manteo or Nags Head).
Due to space limitations, registration for each playgroup is required. Registration for each week's playgroup will be posted on CYP's Facebook page here at 1:30 p.m. on the Friday afternoon of the week before each playgroup.
April Explore to Learn Playgroups in Nags Head will occur on:
- April 1 (registration link will open at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 28)
- April 8 (registration link will open at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 4)
- April 15 (registration link will open at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 11)
- No Playgroup will be held on April 22 due to Spring Break.
- April 29 (registration link will open at 1:30p.m. on Friday, April 25)
