Self Care Workshop
Event Description:
This is a Community Event to raise awareness of Mental Health Month.
There is no fee, but donations to The Community Care Clinic are much appreciated.
Attendees should bring their own mat, and any props they might need to relax during the Soundbath portion of the workshop.
