Spring Break Week
It’s Spring Break week and we are excited to see many of y’all back on the island! Fishing has been good the last few days. We anticipate it to be a little on the windier side this afternoon, but the next few days should be decent!
Trout fishing in the sound has been pretty stellar the last few days. Our friend Che caught this 4.5lber in the sound yesterday evening. @saltywatersobxfishing had a nice afternoon trip yesterday catching some Trout too. We also heard reports of some Trout caught off of Avalon Pier this morning! Hopefully they’ll start catching more from the Piers and Surf in the coming days and weeks.
Surf fishing was better than expected the last few days as well. Greg Doggett from Bon Air, VA caught this 34” Striper from the surf on Monday evening! Alex Huss caught this 27in Puppy Drum in Frisco on Easter! Blowtoads and Sea Mullet have been popping up all over the Southern beaches. We still have some Fresh Cobb mullet if you’re headed out!
