Foreman Rocking Goose
Handcrafted by Capt. Charles Foreman & Banks Foreman
Honoring Capt. Allan Foreman
These rocking geese are part of a Foreman family tradition that began decades ago. My father, Capt. Allan Foreman, longtime captain of the Country Girl, built the originals for me, my cousins, and a few close family friends when we were kids.
Last year I found his old patterns and decided to carry on what he started — and now my son Banks and daughter Saylor help me build them as well. Three generations of Foremans have had a hand in these.
Each goose is:
✔ Solid wood
✔ Hand-shaped and finished
✔ Built from my father’s original pattern
✔ Crafted one at a time in our shop
✔ Signed and numbered
✔ A true Outer Banks heirloom
We are selling a small number for Christmas this year, and once they’re gone, the next batch won’t be until next Christmas.
Perfect for:
• Christmas gifts
• Nurseries
• Porches
• Waterfowl collectors
• Outer Banks families
• Anyone who appreciates something made with history and care
If you’d like one from this year’s run, please send me a message. I have 4 sold still got 2 left. $500 each.
