The Fessenden Center39th Annual Capital City Four Wheelers Surf Fishing Tournament

Each year, on the 3rd full weekend in October, Capital City Four Wheelers hosts a 24-hour, salt water surf fishing tournament on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. An array of prizes are awarded for catches, and the fall weather combined with dwindling crowds creates an ideal environment to enjoy the Outer Banks at its quiet best.
