Boot Camp
Event Description:
This high-intensity workout ups your heart rate, burns fat and builds muscle through intense interval training. Through a combination of strength and cardio exercises, this class takes participants through squats, sprints, burpees and more.
All fitness classes through the Hatteras Island division of Parks and Recreation are $3 per class or $15 for a month-long pass. Fitness classes are free to those ages 55 and older.
