The weather doesn’t get much better for August! The northern beaches and piers have had a mixed bag of sea mullet, spot, pompano, bluefish, Spanish, false albacore, yearling drum, and all the ribbon fish you want!
The Little Bridge had some really big croakers yesterday along with a few spot, black drum, and some blue fish. The Bonner bridge has had catches of bluefish, ribbon fish, sheepshead and drum.
Hatteras Island has reported good catches of mullet, pompano, bluefish, Spanish, puppy and yearling drum, and sharks.
We have fresh mullet coming in later today and we are stocked up on all the other bait and rigs you need so stop in and see us!
