Corolla to Nags Head Sound
There’s been some pretty good spring fishing the past couple of days. On the northern beaches the trout fishing is really starting to pick up. Bluefish, scattered puppy drum, and sea mullet were all reported. There were also 2 large striped bass caught in the wash. The piers have had catches of trout,drum, bluefish, and a few sea mullet and blow toads.
The little bridge has been good early and late with catches of trout, blues, and black drum.
Hatteras has had good catches of black and red drum, bluefish of all sizes, scattered sea mullet and even a couple pompano!
The fishing is only going to get better so stop in and grab some fresh bait and hand tied rigs and get in on the fun!!
