Salty Dawgs Lecture Series: Cape Hatteras Lighthouse
Event Description:
National Park Service Ranger Ann-Marie joins us to talk about the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and its ongoing restoration.
The Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum presents its Salty Dawgs Speaker Series which features presentations on North Carolina maritime history and culture including topics on piracy, shipwrecks, whaling, sea shanties and the mystery of the Lost Colony. The speakers are historians, divers, maritime history Masters candidates, musicians, professors, researchers, and authors. These talks are scheduled on Tuesdays from May 20 through August 26.
