Event Description:
Captain Ernie Foster has spent a lifetime as a Hatteras waterman, as did his father and great grandfather before him. He transports us back to the time when surfmen patrolled the beaches and saved the lives of sailors on ships that wrecked or grounded in the Graveyard of the Atlantic. This includes the history of his kin, Rasmus Midget, and the wreck of the Priscilla in 1899.
