We begin with a Guided Blind Flight of three prestigious bourbons. Stripped of their labels, these spirits must stand on their own merit. You’ll be provided scoring sheets to evaluate the nose, palate, and finish of each—dissecting the subtle notes of toasted oak, bright citrus, and deep caramel. Once the scores are in, put your whiskey wisdom to the test as we attempt to guess the brands before the big reveal.
The experience continues as you transition from critic to craftsman. Select your favorite bourbon from the flight to anchor your own “Garden to Glass” Cocktail. You’ll have access to our bar’s seasonal bounty, featuring hand-picked fresh ingredients and our signature house-made syrups to shake or stir your perfect customized creation.
