Come join us for a New Year's Eve Party. Heavy appetizers, BYOB, champagne toast. Dance your way into 2015 to the sounds of RayGun Ruby. The Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation is an all-volunteer, non-profit, 501C(3) organization.
