The ocean is glassy and cold. So far, small SEA MULLET. Ocean temp 66 degrees. Winds W at 4 knots. A competitor in last week's skim contest shreds an incoming wave. Jennette's Pier hosts the OBX WRV Pro surf contest later this month.
