A SW wind of 11 knots has caused upwelling to occur, and the ocean temperature has dropped to 66 degrees. So far, a small SPOT. In the photo, a dredge working on the beach re-nourishment project motors north on the horizon. Low tide 9:10 a.m. and 10:19 p.m. High tide 3:46 p.m.
