Big rains, giant waves and heavy winds have kept anglers away this morning. Winds are are East at 18 knots. Ocean water temp 74 degrees. High tides 7:09 a.m. and 7:31 p.m. Low tide 3:10 p.m. Surf contest on hold; Surfalorus Film Festival full steam ahead tonight!
