Celebrate 50 years of coastal conservation, community, and connection at Golden Tides: A 50th Sea-lebration! Join us for an unforgettable, elegant, adults-only evening as the Aquarium comes alive after hours with live jazz, fresh local seafood, and beautiful waterfront views. Savor freshly shucked oysters from Cousin's Oysters, indulge in delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres by Café Lachine, and enjoy beer, wine, and other libations while exploring the Aquarium in a unique nighttime setting. Take in the sunset from the Soundside Pier, experience live animal encounters, and celebrate five decades of inspiring conservation and connecting people with North Carolina's coastal waters. 

Each ticket includes:

  • Exclusive after-hours access to the Aquarium
  • Live animal encounters, including our Touch Pool experiences
  • Fresh local oysters by Cousin's Oysters
  • Heavy hors d'oeuvres by Café Lachine
  • Two complimentary drink tickets (cash bar available)
  • Live jazz performances by Sam on Sax, followed by Joe Mapp and the Coordinates
