17th Annual NCBBA Red Drum Tournament
Event Description:
Come out and join fellow anglers for the 17th Annual Red Drum Tournament! This is our biggest fund raiser. Come away with great memories and some goodies. You must register as an individual, however you can indicate a team name made up of 3-6 anglers. Grab your own spot within our designated fishing areas and fish around the clock if you’d like, while respecting any NPS wildlife closure signs.
Awards range from Longest drum overall to most drum overall and lots of opportunities to win in between! There are also Bluefish and Sea Mullet categories to compete in! Come out for a weekend of fun and fishing on Hatteras Island.
The tournament wraps up on Saturday afternoon with an awards ceremony at the Lighthouse Assembly of God church in Buxton.
