Looking for kids ages 2-8 years old who wanna have fun bringing their personality to the Outer Banks Bike Fest stage to be crowned Lil' Miss & Mister Outer Banks Bike Fest 2023! This is a fun kids event, please no fancy dresses or traditional paegent shenanigans. Judging based on personality, cuteness and easy questions, like "Who's your hero?". See you there!
