3rd Annual Salt & Sound Run/Walk
Get ready for an unforgettable coastal run! Join us for the Salt & Sound 10K, 5K, and Fun Run—a one‑of‑a‑kind race experience inspired by the beauty and wildlife of Currituck. Enjoy views of wetlands, waterfowl, and even the neighboring horses that make this location so special. Our courses are scenic, diverse, and full of character—you’ll be on multiple surface types, so expect stunning views more than record-breaking paces! We’ll have clear course markings, chip timing, water stations, and restroom access. Runners and walkers are all welcome! Come for the run, stay for the community, and soak in the best of Currituck.
