Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Well, they say the proof is in the pudding! Caught by Drew and his father Tim Thurston from Rochester NY and would you believe it was the first cast caught on mullet and a standard bottom rig to boot? I think some beginners luck was at hand but no matter nice catch gentlemen keep up the good work. We did get some rain today but the day is not a total wash out with more rain to come but there will be pockets open up to fish. So far this is the only word from the beach but conditions say that there are more fish out there. The nearshore fleet is basically on fire right now with spanish, bluefish and the drum fishing is insane. Citation size drum by the thousands are out there and it is non stop action. Offshore fleet are still pounding the tuna with plenty of yellowfin, big eyes are coming in, and mahi with an occasional marlin. Sound side drum and lots of trout to be had.

Want in on the action we have charters ready to go call the shop for details 1/2 day to all day trips!!

Send in your photos to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com  and you can have bragging rights on the next fishing report!!
