Corolla Fish Report
This has to be the weirdest Memorial Day week ever. With 280 million travelers this week I am guessing most of them didn't come to the outer banks. It is slow and quiet in the shop this morning but great for the folks that are here. There is no traffic the beaches are wide open and no lines at restaurants. Today's pic was sent in by resident John up in Carova beach got this drum last night I mean that's how open the beach is the residents can still get out and fish. Offshore anglers were out yesterday and caught yellowfin, mahi, amberjacks and tiles. Nearshore sea bass and tiles. More fog this morning with a flat and clear ocean with a water temp of 64 degrees. The bait that has been working the best is cut mullet.
Charters are available so let's go fish !!
