OBX Bait & Tackle Corolla Outer Banks, Corolla Fish Report
Saturday, July 6, 2024
Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

It's HOT, HOT, HOT !!  More of the same today and I hope people are catching some fish. Change over weekend and the water which I am surprised to see is dirty today so with any luck we get some better fishing conditions. The piers reported mullet, grey trout, flounder, croakers, and perch. This last week I really did not hear much from the surf as far as word of mouth i am hoping to get more info this week. The conditions have been all over the place making it hard to fish for most anglers but the fish are out there. The water temp is 71 with an SSE wind at 10 knots which is a great wind direction so I'm not sure why the water is the way it is but things may turn around. Nearshore boats with spanish, bluefish, mullet, and ribbon fish. Offshore with yellowfin, mahi, sailfish, blue marlin, and tilefish.

Charters are available just call the shop for details and bookings.
