Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Rough conditions are still wreaking havoc. The sea grass and current still playing a big part making the fishing hard to handle. This week I am hoping we get into some better conditions. There has been drum caught this week with one angler this morning reporting 6 yesterday with some bluefish so it can be done. The piers had a good day yesterday with another good drum run along with bluefish, croakers, trout and mullet. Offshore doing well with some yellowfin coming in with blackfin, mahi and white and blue marlin. Nearshore charters had ribbonfish, blues, false albacore. Our inshore captain Josh up here in Corolla also has been doing well and he sent in todays photo and this group limited out on the drum in a short time along with some trout but the drum fishing on the sound side up here is on fire. I was out the last couple of days on some personal bizz but back at it today and I will tack a look at some weather conditions tomorrow and see if we have some better news to share.

Charters are available just call the shop to book a trip.

Send your fishing photos to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we thank you.
