Corolla Fish Report

Same old song and dance. We have flat conditions out today with a strong offshore wind but a bad current. As of late, the early morning hours have been the best with a mild current, but by the afternoon, the wind and current pick up. There isn't much you can do but go with the flow. The water is nice and clear, and little to no waves today. The fish are out there, and we are sitting pretty with a 66-degree water temp. The pier fishing in the morning has been very good with cobia, sheepshead, spanish, blues, and bonita, so some great action to be had. Today is Saturday, and we are seeing some familiar faces in the shop as folks are just coming in for the week. The nice thing is the beaches are wide open with great conditions. The offshore fleet has yellowfin, blackfin, wahoo, and mahi. Nearshore boats are out looking for those cobia but there are bluefish and spanish as well.
Charters are available, and it's never too early to book a trip to get the day and time you want. Call the shop to reserve yours today or tomorrow, whichever is best for you!
