Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

What can I say? About the only thing I have heard of are the shark fishermen doing well. Lots of bait along the shore. There is still a problem with the sea grass, and there is still a fairly strong current. I do see a wind change for the next couple of days, and the wind will die down, and with any luck, the current will too. The folks along the shore are having a tough time with these conditions but as I am watching the pier cams right now, there is a steady bite going on of mullet, croakers, black sea bass, and sheepshead so there is some action out there and the piers offer a great way to beat the current. Out on the water, the offshore fleet returned to the dock with a nice grade of yellowfin, blackfin a bunch of mahi. Nearshore ran into some big drum hanging around the inlet, along with spanish and bluefish.

Charters are open and available call the shop for details.
