Corolla Fish Report
A couple of rough ones. The last couple of days the red flags were flying and with any luck I do see a wind change for the next couple of days so we hope to smooth out. Despite the rough conditions, there are still croaker, mullet, and spot coming in mainly on fish bits. We did get a report of a 26" drum getting landed, then eaten. I have heard of reports of Spanish jumping around out there, but nothing confirmed on landing any. Now we have seen many flounder caught, and if you haven't heard yet, they are going to open flounder season September 1st threw the 14th, so hopefully they're still around. The pics above were sent in by? I may have lost the info, but they look like they are having fun, and the third is Tim and his boy with a double hook up!! The piers today with sea bass, spadefish, pinfish, flounder, and spot. Nearshore charters with spanish and blues with some drum still around. Offshore slowed up somewhat but still brought in yellowfin, blackfin, mahi, and sailfish.
Charters are waiting for your call to book yours!!
