Corolla Fish Report

Another week begins. We have had two real nice days, and tomorrow that good old North East wind is coming back but just for a day and a half. That wind may get those drum back on the bite as the last two days have been very calm with little to no wave action. I have missed the last couple of days with doctors' appointments, and so far can't figure out anything wrong. It sounds good, but it's really not. A good mix of fish on the piers yesterday, but a bit slower today. They caught one large drum, along with trout, perch, lots of bluefish, and croakers. The nearshore boats are finding some larger bluefish, false albacore, and spanish. The offshore fleet had a good, calm day on the water with yellowfin, mahi, and white marlin. We will see what anglers get along the shore, as I hope to hear something and after this north wind passes, we are looking pretty good so I will keep you up to par as I can.
Charters are going well to book one just call the shop and we will get you all hooked up so to speak.
Send any fish pics to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we thank you.
