Corolla Fish Report
Blown out today. The wind is blowing, and we do have a strong current, but folks are still giving it a try. AJ was in today, who caught the first drum, and reported a large black drum he caught yesterday. I don't recall the size, but a good fish. He also brought me a jug of Vermont maple syrup, which he produces himself, so thank you so much, AJ. I will put it to good use.
Tomorrow is looking like a much better day before the rain starts for this weekend. Tom sent in today's pics of his girls having a blast catching a bunch of croakers, and they both celebrate their birthdays this week, so Happy Birthday, ladies!! May you catch all the fish you can. The water temp did cool down to 57 today so no help with that with somewhat cloudy water conditions today. There is still good charter fishing to be had with bluefin, drum and bluefish. People also on the piers today trying to battle the windy conditions. That's all I can come up with today but I will keep you posted.
