Corolla Fish Report
What a difference a day makes! The surf was rough yesterday and looks better today. We had a north wind and a strong current, but the drum came out to play. We will get right to today's pics. We have Jamie and Stephanie landing a couple of 32" drum yesterday on cut mullet, staying up on the 4x4 beach and having a good time. Up second, we have Nick with a nice 34' drum, and his friend Brad whoes name I did not have yesterday, sent this one in, so two more drums scored. Last but not least, we have 10-year-old Carter, whose drum pic did not come over a couple of days ago, was sent back in, so we thank you for that, and this drum came in at 43#s, so everyone gets a round of applause. The ocean temp is good right now and has settled down this week compared to last week at 79 degrees. Not as rough out today, and it should be easier to hold bottom. There are also bluefish, mullet, flounder, croaker, and spot out there. No reports from the piers this morning, and I did not pick up any boat reports, but they are running.
