Corolla Fish Report
Another hot and humid day today, but that has not stopped Henry and George from NY catching some fish. Today's photo was sent in by Joseph, and they are catching plenty of spot, mullet, and croakers with some puppy drum!! Keep up the good work, you guys. The word from the beach is these fish are everywhere, and you should have no problem getting any of these fish. They're not big, but lots of them, and you never know the big one could be out there. The bait has been cut mullet, shrimp, and fish bites. Some folks have said you can see the bluefish out there, but they are out there, and in some cases you can walk out to the sandbar at low tide and try for them over the bar. The water temp is right around 80 degrees. The nearshore boats are finding plenty of Spanish, blues, triggerfish, and moonfish. The offshore fleet is mainly finding mahi and tilefish, and the marlin bite is ridiculous.
Charters are available; just call me at the shop for questions and bookings.
