Corolla Fish Report

Well, we have a nice Tuesday morning today. We have a north wind that will last for the day, so we may see some drum activity. The surf this morning has some chop to it, but it should make for some good fishing. Wednesday and Thursday are also looking good with a south and south east wind before turning to that nasty south west wind for Friday. Yesterday we had some great fishing, so with any luck that trend continues. On the piers, they have spanish and some blues in the mix. The same for nearshore boaters. For the offshore boats, I just have not seen a recent report, but my guess would be mahi, sailfish, and blackfin tuna. Shrimp and fishbites have been the winning ticket for bait as of late.
We are still currently looking for one, maybe two people to share a 6- to 8 hr trip for September 7th with a solo who chartered the boat to share the cost. If interested please call the shop, and we can get it all set up for you.
For charters, we have them call the shop for details and bookings.
Fish pics we need them, and you can send them obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we thank you.
