Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Yesterday was a rough one, but today is better. The wind today is nothing compared to yesterday; however, the ocean is rough with a strong current, but it should improve Thursday and Friday. Captain Marcus was out yesterday and scored one, as he sent in today's pic. Other reports from the beach for today, and there were a bunch of drum caught, some in the slot but most well over slot size. The spanish and bluefish are still here, along with mullet, pompano, croakers, grey trout, and spot. The water temp is 79 today, and for all the small fish, fish bites are working best, and they stay on the hook in these rough conditions, along with chunk mullet for the drum. I don't have a pier report today, and the nearshore fleet had bluefish and spanish in close, while the offshore boats had sailfish and mahi.

Charters are available call the shop to book.

Send in those fish pics to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we thank you.
