   Well, if you're here this week, I am sorry, but if you're coming in next week, you are looking good!! This week, the waves and water are up to the dune; you can't even really get on the beach. The waves are brushing the bottom of the piers; they are so high, and 12 down in Pea Island has been washed away. We have not seen a lot of rain, which will be a blessing, but the wind and waves have done enough, and once this thing passes will get a chance to see the beach. The fishing has been good till now, so we wait and see how it picks back up after the storm passes. This storm, or at least the wind and waves according to my charts, is here till Sunday. I will keep you posted if anything major happens, but for now we just wait.
