Red Hot Thursday morning!! I have had a lot of reports this morning, and there is a good bite going on. From black drum, trout, bluefish, and a lot of 3- to 4-foot sharks hitting everyone's lines. Let's not forget to mention the drum bite has been pretty good as well. Today's photo is Captain Marcus at it again with a nice one, and I have heard and seen photos today of some big fatties hitting the beach. The bluefish have been small, but there are some 3- to 4-pounders out there. The bite started early this morning, so if you slept in, you may have missed it, but not to worry, as the tides are coming back into alignment, so you should have another chance this evening. Just keep in mind, with this southwesterly wind, it can muck the water up this afternoon. We have a real nice day today so one you want to get out and enjoy. Tomorrow does not look as bad as it did earlier this week. We will have a northeast wind, but that will just make the drum continue to bite, so tomorrow is not looking bad. That's the best news I have for today, so take advantage of it!!

Send your fish pics to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we thank you.
