Tid Bit Tuesday. Well, I did pick up some info. Apparently, yesterday, as the sun was going down at Jennette's Pier, the drum went off, and they were all over the place and all over the slot. There were so many caught at the same time you had to wait for one of the drop nets to become available. The two anglers in the shop today were out there and said it was epic. A little closer to home, I did get a report that there were drum caught up on Carova Beach when we had the nasty weather over the weekend. He said 12 oz was not holding, so down the beach you go, but did get a couple. Today the ocean is much calmer and the water looks much better today and we have a small swell so we will have to see what we get tonight they should be out there. The water temp is at 72 degrees, and cut mullet has been the ticket. The weather today is a perfect sunny day, so get out there and enjoy it!!
