Well we are back at it and we are open. There is flooding this morning in certain areas and up in Corolla we had about 5 inches last night. Two of the 3 piers are damaged and will take a while to repair but the beaches are wide open. For the charter people it's just a waiting game right now, they will start to put boats back in the water today but this does take a while and the first one out are the last ones in. Very hard for any kind of reports there has been no one out for day's The water is around 74 and is cleaning up. There should be fish out there so if your coming up just grab your favorite bait put it on a hook and send it out there and then call in catch to the shop and this is how the fish reports will start. Jennette's pier has some pompano and bluefish on it this morning. Other than that things are starting to return to normal and restaurants will take some time today for delivery's to come in since we were out of power for some time. So if your on your way be patient there is traffic, flooding and some limited recourses.
