Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Well back to a whole lot of nothing. Things started to pick back up but it seems to have fallen off today. I think the one thing we have against us is the currant is very strong, making it hard to hold bottom for even just a little. There were bait fish in the water yesterday and usually when we have 75 degree water and bait fish around the fishing should be very good. We are normally begging for this in the summertime. So we are off to a bit of a slow start this fall so far, but things should improve. The piers started off slow but they did start to get some action with black drum, Spanish, bluefish, mullet and some pigs. For the nearshore boats finding speckled trout, bluefish and some drum. Captains are saying there are drum around the inlet, we just really haven't see them start there run yet. Offshore has been full of action but only a few boats out there yesterday, but came home with limits of mahi, some yellowfin and a sailfish.

We do have some charters available just give us a call..
