Corolla Fish Report
Another dismal day on the banks. Not much to tell this morning, very few anglers on the beach just due to the strong current making it hard to hold bottom. The best news is sound side is still producing some good drum fishing as Nick in the picture above caught and released his drum catch and most of these fish have been caught on shrimp. The water level is low on the sound side just due to the wind direction so the fishing is a bit slower, so when we get a wind change look for it to turn back on. Some nearshore boats still went out yesterday and returned with Spanish, bluefish and trout. The offshore fleet will stay tied up for now. Ocean temp at 66 today. We will let you know as conditions change.
