Corolla Fish Report
Despite the rain in the forecast, we have a sunny morning. In the surf, we are hearing a good mullet bite with the fish hitting the 18" mark. Also had a report of a king mackerel sighting just beyond the break. All in all the fishing is not to bad. There is also the smaller fellows out there too. The shark fishermen are out there and they are catching some nice ones up to 8' long.
We have Parker and Sydney from Cornwall NY doing some fishing and having a great time according to dad catching fish and enjoying the beach life. Great job to the both of you and thanks for sending in the photo.
The piers have spanish, blues, croaker, mullet. On the nearshore, boats are getting plenty of ribbonfish and a decent albacore bite, some spanish and blues. On the bayside drum and trout with some striper around the little bridge. The offshore action is just that good numbers of marlin both white and blue with sailfish action to boot. Some tuna are around with mahi and a great tilefish bite.

The supply shortage will continue till the end of the month so for those coming down in August it will bee scrappy supplies and will have to resort to the basics. Good news for those coming down in September we will at least get in some gear to get back on the shelves and have somewhat of a selection.
