Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Surf
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Another day another storm!! It really has been a tough September so far. Scattered rain today and the wind was calm this morning but has picker way up to around 18 kts. The waves and wind will pick up, even more, tomorrow and from what I hear continue through the week. We have had a good puppy drum bite this week and also some on the sound side with some trout to boot. So not too much to report just due to the weather most folks out shopping this morning. The piers had a couple of drum with mullet, flounder, spot, and black drum. The nearshore boats went out yesterday and found loads of spanish and some blues with drum, trout on the sound side. The offshore fleet got out yesterday probably for the last time this week and found some good mahi fishing with yellow and blackfin along with white and blue marlin.

The water temp is 76 and the waves will get ugly. Be safe on the beach this week
