It's Game on in Corolla. It may be the last couple of days for most this week but the fishing has pick back up. Lot's of drum hitting the beach starting with Jake above with at least 10 drum the biggest around the 25" mark with a couple of trout as well. All kinds of reports comming in off the beach and we have been swamped this morning which will explain the late report. Sammuel with 4 drum with the largest at 24" and Rodney with 4 drum and the largest at 25". There is a lot of slot size drum hitting mostly on mullet but blood worms have worked and even fish bites. Reports of 3 to 5 lb trout caught along with some black drum, and some large mullet, so there is a good varity of fish being caught. So the conditions nright now are perfect and the fisherman are eating it up so to speak. The piers most of the same thing going on. Most of the boats have remained dockside but should be able to get out tomorrow.

Send your pictures to obxbaitandtackle@yahoo.com and we will keep you up to date on what's happening on the beach front.

We will have Fresh Mullet tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!    Water temp is 70 today
